It is with gratitude that we share comments on our experience with Thomas Towns representing us as buyers in a recent real estate transaction. While we have bought and sold a number of houses, we have never before received such a level of excellence. The experience at each step of the effort was superior given the challenges of becoming “ snow birds” living in Indiana and buying in Florida. The journey began in February of 2015 and ended in a successful closing on August 31, 2015. The February trip from Indiana to Florida turned out to be fruitless and we were discouraged. Realizing we are selective, we continued down the path of scouring listings from an online portal established by Thomas for us and we finally hit “ pay dirt” with the property we ultimately purchased.
